"I chose to come to Duke because it was the only school I could find with a dance program that was equally as strong as its academic program. Dancing is a passion for me, and since I have been at Duke my technique, performance quality, and knowledge of movement has expanded more than I even anticipated it would, due to varying levels of daily technique classes, and faculty members that are eager to work with and challenge me as a dancer. Dancing is a daily necessity for me. Duke lets me dance my heart out."
