Congratulations and welcome to the Dance major! We are so delighted to have you as part of our community.
As a newly declared major, you will be matched with a primary faculty advisor who will support you throughout your journey in the Dance Program. Your advisor can help you think through course planning, major requirements, creative and research interests, and your broader academic and artistic goals at Duke.
Please review the Dance Program faculty profiles and indicate your preferred advisors below. We will do our best to match you with your first choice whenever possible. Because we also want to maintain a balanced advising load among faculty, we cannot guarantee a particular advisor assignment.
Regardless of your faculty advisor assignment, you are always welcome to reach out to me as Director of Undergraduate Studies with questions. I am very happy to support you throughout your time in the program!
