This talk focuses on what trauma survivors (from addictions, loss of loved ones, sexual abuse, race injury, war, accidents, incarceration, etc.) can teach us about resilience and healing. Includes attention to treatment strategies (meditation, yoga, writing) for short and long term healing. The session will include ways of keeping our own wholeness in mind as healers, clinicians, etc.
